Recruitment Procedure
To begin with, the employer and M/s Samad Consultancy Services executives an agency agreement between them stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India. This contract should be signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon which the manpower trade will be executed later on.
Employers Part
For recruitment of manpower from INDIA employer will have to get registered by the Indian Mission. Only registered employers will be able to raise demand / apply for permits for recruiting Indian Emigrants.
Employer Registration
First of all employer has to register online on emigrate system after login at http://www.eMigrate.gov.in Go to Employer Page Apply for Registration and Fill the Employer Registration form and upload required documents. Once employer will successfully fill the form online on emigrate system will get a PDF ( Application Form ) after that employer has to submit the signed application form along with the required documents at the respective Indian Mission at their Place (Country of Employer).
Raise of Demand
The Registered Employer / Principle will formally raise Demand for required categories and Number of workers for each category on eMigrate system in favour of M/s Samad Consultancy Services ( RA code RA5450719 ) and provide us DM number and system generated Demand Letter & Power of Attorney on company letterhead enable us to acknowledge the demand on eMigrate system.
Recruitment Agency (RA) Part
Once Employer will provide us DM number and system generated Demand Letter & Power of Attorney we will acknowledge the demand on emigrate system. After this procedure only we will be able for further process as Interview permission for conducting interview, emigration clearance and deployment of candidates.
Selection of Emigrant Worker
We always prefer selection of applicants either by oral or practical test or both to be conducted by employer or his authorized representatives. We arrange his/their accommodation, transport and all other logistics support required for the purpose. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of worker, we normally do it with the help of technically expert and professionals under direct supervision of recruitment specialists
Medical Check-up
After final selection we send the candidates for medical check-up by the panel approved medical centre of the respective embassies of the country of employment.
Application for Visa
For selected candidates, we will receive the Visa from the employer. For Some Countries if required, Visa will be stamped at the respective Consulate/ High Commission / Designated Visa Processing Centre of the respective country.
Pre Departure Orientation Training (PDOT)
Emigrant worker will undergo Pre Departure Orientation Training (PDOT) at respective designated centre by the Government of India and Emigrant worker will achieve Pre Departure Orientation Training (PDOT) Certificate once it is completed by them.
Emigration
The Employer will send the signed Individual Employment Contract generated from the eMigrate website by filling the Visa and necessary details, Individual Employment Contract will be signed by Employer, Recruitment Agency (RA) and the emigrant worker. Once it is cleared, Recruitment Agency (RA) will apply for Emigration at eMigrate website along with PDOT Certificate and shall receive the emigration clearance from the Government of India
Ticketing
The employer may send Joining Ticket or remit necessary travelling expenses in favour of M/s Samad Consultancy Services to facilitate travelling as scheduled.
Orientation before Departure by the Recruitment Agency (RA) / Foreign Employer
M/s Samad Consultancy Services or Foreign Employer or Both of them provides brief orientation to workers before travelling abroad. The workers are fully made acquainted with their duties and responsibilities, environment and labour laws of the concerned countries and the Emigrant Workers will be deployed successfully.
